Looking for Freelance Relationship for PSD Website Templates

Looking for HIGH QUALITY Designers only. If you simply change around an existing template, please do not respond. I need a reliable designer to create 1-2 layouts per each project, then the client will approve a design, and then I'd need an interior page designed for that choice.
