Forum submission is one of the good link building technique but I have noticed most of the Forum submission sites gave no follow links, Do you know the Forum submission sites those give do follow links?

Nope, nope and nope!

Yes majority of forums now are NF links but ones which are DF do exist. Type 'your niche' and 'forum' into google. Load up threads in one of the forums that comes up until you see an outbound link. Inspect element and see if it's NF or DF.

I recently gained around a 10 place improvement in SERPS off a DF forum link and NF blog comment for a low competition KW. The trick is learning how to post links on forums without getting them deleted

Can you imagine the amount of spam a forum would receive it if went DF? Forget it. Any DF forums you find will be trashed to death in spam.

If there was a DF forum with no/poor moderation then yes it would likely be spammed, but you can also have legit well moderated forums which allow DF links.

The spam flood becomes unbearable and too difficult to moderate. You'll be luck if you find any such forum that'll accept your links.
