I'm looking for someone to make forum posts and put my website links in the signature section of high pr pages of forums. I will need you to use SEO quake to find high pr pages of forums, then post a relevant answer to posts, nothing that looks spammy. Then wait for the post to get approved, then in a week add my urls to my website in the signature section. i will pay you $4 for every post with a signature with my links, that sticks. I'm looking for forum posts on pages higher then pr3. I will pay $3 for PR2 and $1 for PR1 posts. I will pay you after seeing that the posts sticks for 7 days and not deleted by the forum manager.

Why don't you try fiverr? I saw a few guys doing extremely good forum posting in there. And with this price I think they will do it.

Aside from fiverr, you can also try out microworker sites such as microworkers and minuteworkers. They have pretty decent and responsive workers as long as you pay well and make sure the instructions from you are clear.

The work you have specified can be done but that involves lot of hard work and patience. Maximum of PR2+ websites need you to post 10+ post and then they allow you to post your links... i think you should try other websites with the price/rate you are offering here.
It is too less for the work mentioned and also you would be paying after a post stick to the page for 7 days.. that is a lot of time.
