Looking for follower using adfly, is it good?

I need your suggestion, is it Ok, to get follower using banner advertising using adfly?

I cannot beleive people even use that thing.... why spend time with an advertisement platform if you can call it that most certainly ran by a 13 year old? I wouldnt even risk a banner on my site anyway the spammy technique that thing uses will probably get your site flagged or something on google for using it. Plus your website visitors wont like it....and your site will look silly and unprofessional with it on.

There are plenty better and more proftiable ways to make money with websites... that give you lot better conversions than half a penny for a click! You would probably lose money on bandwidth anyway and a better and mroe effcient method would be to go outside and collect pennys form off the floor.
