Looking for flash developers, fan page creators that go viral

I am not messing around my friend is using this method making serious, and I mean serious money at the moment. Let's just say in one week's time he made more than I do at my job for the whole year. If you know flash and make it look good then I need you. If you can make facebook fan pages great I need you as well. The fan pages need to be the 3 step or whatever you got. The sneakier the better and you don't need to show your code to anyone.
