Looking for active likes via promotion on other fan pages. I corresponded with one person from here who said s/he would do it for the rate of $5 for 250 likes, US targeted (I have the messages to show). However, he is now busy. I am willing to negotiate a bit depending on the quality of the product. But the reason for the low price is because there is no guarantee of likes, just an estimate.

Are these prices for regular likes, or specifically the ones I mention above, i.e. real people who are not themselves paid to like the page? John Laurie from Laos may be a real profile, but if he does not like the page out of interest it's useless.
Thanks I will reach you via skype. Also, you say they will be "real likes" "active profile" but are you saying they will be real because it is an active profile or because they are not being paid to like the page?
