Looking for fast datacenter proxies

As the title states I am looking for proxies that are fast and reliable. My use-case allows me to use proxies that have a low IP score or are otherwise marked as VPN/spam/proxy.
I would be very interested in proxies that give me a new IP on every request or otherwise allow me to change the IP frequently (5 seconds or so).
I need a provider that can allow me to use 500 connections or so and can support 5TB of bandwidth per month.

Are there any providers that offer something like this? Or any suggestions regarding who I should get in contact with?
