Looking for Facebook App dev

i have a good idea for a php facebook app. it hasn't been done before and imho i think it's a step to internet stardom but to my shame idk how to code it.

also it's a big possibility for it to go mega viral (with a few BH twists i've thought out)... i'm certain it will go viral without twists (100k users is my target for just not messing with it)

the app doesn't exist on facebook, there's not even a page with that particular name (and believe me it's a rather common word combination... you basically hear it every hour in the media) and i've searched for other apps that might be on the same idea and zit ... nada...
