Looking for Facebook Ads + Payment method implemented

As the title says, I'm looking for a complete solution to run my ads, I don't want to buy a fb ads account seperated and a payment method seperated, I faced problems linking the two since the fb can be from a place while the bank from another + different identities. I want someone who sells the full solution. Thanks!
