So we are looking for someone who has been building websites for a long time, maybe also build a lot of them in a quick time frame to understand our plan better.

The goal here is to find websites which are run by the same team or frontend developer.
As an example, while the domain provider and hosting provider don't lead 100% to identifying the developer of that website, if its for example a very unknown domain provider which is only used by a few websites in the space we scan for + the domain hosting is always the same it could lead to some evidence.
We can assume for example that a web developer who build a lot of websites always uses the same hosting and always uses the same domain provider, its just a logical thing. Our goal is now to detect a lot of those aligned patterns and make assumptions on which websites could be build by the same developer.
We can also scan for code, adding some certain plugin or for example google analytics which is unusual within the websites we scan, if we see a lot of patterns like that we can pretty sure say those are run by the same people.
We need someone who does exactly know what we are looking for and can think the same way as someone who would setup multiple websites over and over. We are looking for scammers who do this as a daily business.
