Looking for expert to analyze and remove all bad backlinks

I recently purchased an SEO service on this forum. Initially my rankings went up, but now I'm starting to see them decline steeply. I need someone who is an expert is analyzing backlinks and making sure all anchor text is diversified in the way that it should be. I need to hire someone to analyze my whole backlink profile and disavow any that don't look right and make sure the diversification ratio is correct by possibly removing some exact match keyword anchor text links, or doing whatever is necessary.
