Looking for expert partner in monetizing websites with adsense

Hello There,

I am looking for an expert or someone who really knows what he's doing when it comes to adsense and monetizing a website.
my goal is to have multiple websites and monetize them with adsense. i know how to buy hosting and domain and even create a decent looking website but i i'm not really good at adsense/monetizing a website. the whole point is i want multiple websites that generate income.
i have taught myself a lot but at this point i need an expert to work together with me so i can learn more.

any of you gurus here interested?
