looking for expert frontend dev to speed up our development process by giving ADVICE

So we are currently building our website which is written in react and full of APIs. Now our goal is to add many features and subscriptions to our service which can be managed through the user web panel once registered.

i need someone to advise us the right frameworks / tools to implement such features which handle payments, keep track of subscritpions / usage etc, handle api limitations and so on. We dont like to code it from scratch so if you can help us on that that would be easy and quick money for you
