Looking for expert / freelance in manipulating statistics Similarweb and Semrush

Hi, excuse my English, I'm using translator (I speak Spanish). I am going to describe my needs. I have more than 10 websites with very negative stats in Similarweb and Semrush. I am interested in making them much better. I accept that they improve via real or via fake.

Condition: Interested party can demonstrate knowledge on own domain. If you have a domain with Similarweb and Semrush stats at 0 and in agreed period of time the improvements, I will pay monthly 1000 USD per domain of my main pages.

I will be happy to work long term with anyone who can do this work.

Similarweb can be faked but Semrush not.

Semrush checks serps and calculates traffic based on the estimated kw volume

I think it's better to hire a SEO team to rank them for you with $1k/site
it's safer for long term and brings value
