Information about the job :
- Compensation by commission, 10% of the net revenue generated by the chatter.
- Chatting sessions will be from 6 PM to 2 AM UTC/GMT -4 (evening and night in the USA), so an Asian chatter would be preferable.
Requirements for the chatter :
- Must speak English very well, not necessarily a native English speaker but with very good English (small online language test during hiring).
- Type quickly without making too many mistakes.
- Be comfortable with Google Sheets and OnlyFans (if not, the manager can provide training).
- Have a good internet connection.
- Be ready to take their time, create a long-term relationship with fans/clients rather than trying to sell everything at any cost.
- Be ready to train and follow the manager's instructions.
- Be punctual and never miss a day of chatting.
- Be clever, understand human psychology, especially that of a heterosexual man on OnlyFans.
