Looking for experienced monetizer (I got TRAFFIC)

Greetings,

I am looking for a person experienced in monetizing the website thats already running, I am able to drive -BIG- traffic to the website itself.

Some more information:

• 90% of traffic comes from US, it is real and targeted
• Most of the views are actually unique views/new visitors
• Website is blog-like site with articles on it (more details will be provided upon eye to an eye conversation)
• Visitor statistics provided in a screenshot

Goal:

• We share ravenue 50%-50%, it is up to you to monetize website/views in the best way you can and I'm the one whos gonna drive the taffic

I currently do generate ravenue from this website, but I figured out that the number I'm earning right now is disproportional to the number of huge traffic I drive and my limited monetizing skills do not allow me to increase earnings -- hence my search for experienced monetizer.

I, myself, am programmer excelling in C++, PHP and javascript with emphasis on macro development.
