Hey,
I am looking for people with experience in genuine manual outreach.
Key focus points here are:
1. Logging Link Prospect Garnering into a shareable list.
2. Logging and executing Outreach of prospect garnering list.
3. Liaising and negotiating with the prospects.
4. Closing confirmed link placements with the prospects.
I can take care of any content creation to help along the way, I just need someone that can conduct work on the above 4 points without using a PBN.

EDIT: Just to elaborate - I am looking for those that can conduct Link Prospect Garnering via methods such as Link Intersections, or Backlink Analysis etc... I am not looking for a list of links to website's where I can pay for links or PBNs.
