Looking for experienced guy to build a PBN

Hi All,
I am looking for someone who can build a PBN.
- The PBN will have about 25 websites: You must find this 25 from expired domains with a high TF, DA,..
- Every website will have about 5 articles: You must be responsible of arranging these articles (about 125) or you can outsource them, every article must have 1 image and at least 500 words, they must unique and readable.
- The building will be in two tires: Every 1 website have 2 links from other two website ( so tire 1 will be only 7-9 website).
- You must arrange a huge links for tire 2 websites
- You must find the proper hosting for these websites.

I will pay for all the required payment directly (domains, hosts, services,..etc) after you find them.

I will pay for everything required by myself, you only have to estimate your charges after you can sort what you will do by yourself.
