Looking for experienced Citation Builder

Hi, I've searched a lot of threads on here and am having trouble with finding someone decent to build citations for my clients. One name does come up a few times but, having had some previous experience with that person, I won't work with them again.

Whitespark is charging 3 bucks a citation which seems outrageous. Can anyone let me know a fast, efficient person or service to give this work to ?
