I can help. We have tons of residential ips(thousands and from 3 isps). We have a method to change the deviceID and imei of device so accounts will look like were created on a new mobile device each time. Does it need sms verification? We have tons of sim cards as well. Does it need a vcc to activate some of the accounts? We have tons of reloadable vccs as well. We got all the tools for this. I also have a team of 10 people.
