looking for EU bank which issued VCC

Hello, everyone

I have one supplier of vcc, but i want to find a bank which can provide vcc. Its would be great if its in EU or if I can open account online. If someone know please let me know.

Also not in the Netherlands. I am also very much interested if there is any available info on this.
 
Bank of America offers generated credit card numbers which links to your real card. Might work as a VCC. Theres one branch in London, Canary Wharf

If it links with my real card, so I think those vcc will work only with my name or no? :)
 
sorry mate, i am not expert in VCC, i am using entropay to create VCC, its working fine
