Looking for ESXI set up for virtualization

Hi, we are looking for someone to set up a ESXI server and
make the first VM. then enable us to clone it. If you have a LOT
of this experience, send me a PM, with rough idea of time needed
and price, ballpark is fine.

Where are you planning to set this up?
 
On a server we have in the states..Not sure I get the question, If you know this
stuff hit me up
