So I have a list of a few hundred emails. I need someone to be able to send an email to every each of them and make sure that they 100% arrive in the inbox, not the junk folder.

@OP: All you need is reliable email sender and the most important is SMTP. I'd suggest you to try smtpxpress.

if you don't have lots of smtp account, you can try Bulk EDM Chef , this application don't need smtp acc.

if they are just few hundred go with mailchimp or getresponse u will get better results

You have send only few hundred mail! that why you are looking someone? Guys, You can do it easily using send blaster. For more helpful soft. search in google. These are business related mail?

If it is only few hundred emails, u can use just mailchimp or similar service. In case you have huge base, u can try interspire , but u need server in this case.
