Looking for Email Marketing Service

Hi, i have a huge email lists of active 30, 000 users and love to know the best way to
submit my offer to them without giving me a high bounce rate. Most of the emails are still active anyway.

Bounce in general and hard bounce in particular something more dependent on the hygiene of your list and not on the email sending resources. Constant Contact, MailChimp or any other white list email service provider is good for you if your list is opt in. Regards

Comm100 is pretty expensive as far as I know. You should use a service to clean out your list, like ListWise HQ. Since this is a black hat thread, I'll go and say that there are lots of esps out there that give out free accounts, or pretty cheap low volume accounts(10K contacts for like $30). Just setup different accounts and go through the account setup. You can mail it there, download the bounces really fast and watch them close your account the next day. At least your list will be clean.

Is Comm100 a black hat member or the name of some software?
