Hey 
We are looking for someone who has years of experience in email marketing / proper setup of system/servers in order to maximize inbox chance (especially for 'big' mails, like gmail or yahoo).
Preferably someone with experience of sending cold mailing (adult dating, but email is just 2 sentences with a link).
Currently we are using mautic - we have some automation applied here (like uploading mails to segment/list so that campaign is automatically sent only to the new contacts).
However, after speaking with several PROS, from my understanding, we should use the following approach:
- have our own servers (we do now)
- have many domains, each with own IP (we do)
- rotate between domains (this is our current issue)
What we would like to achieve - is to set it like:
- for campaign A, rotate between domains 1-5 on server X, for example send 20% from 1000 mails we uploaded from each of those domains
-for campaign B, rotate between domains 6-10 on server Y , etc
+ it would be great if we had system in place which could show us which domains/ips are blacklisted so that we know when to change it.
From my knowledge, such functions (rotation + tracking) are not built into mautic natively. So we would need someone who is proficient in mautic and could script it / show us other sending system which could do all listed above / build for us custom system
We would also need proper SKIM set up with all other settings.
One specialist offered headers masking.
I have been looking for quite some time now and haven't managed to find someone willing/able to do this.
We are not very techy, just know the basics, but I hope I described in a pretty clear way what we need.
Ultimate goal is to be able to send bulk emails (max 5-10 mails per day) with highest possible inbox rate - including gmail, yahoo etc.
For a guy who knows what he is doing and will make it work, we will pay extra.
