Looking for Email Confirm Program

BHW - I am looking for a bot that will click on a link in an email... the type of email confirmation you would get to confirm a new account... the bot would click on the link inside the email.

I found a thread that mentions a few programs, but I tried this one and it does not work (I already had this one, it used to work but now it gives an "ssl error"):
