Looking for email accounts with pop3 enabled

i am looking for pop3 accounts which don't get blocked fast /i.e stay live for at least few months/. The accounts will be accessed via email interface only. The price i am looking for is $10 to $30 for 1k accounts. Please PM me with offers.

your title says POP3 enabled, but you are saying that you will access it via web...
anyway, to keep the account live longer use POP3. As for accounts it's hard to say if the will stay live 2 months, it depends how you use them.
Try to buy few PVA of gmail, yahoo, hotmail and see how they work out for you

I meant email interface such as Thunderbird or any other software supporting pop3. I don't need them to be PVA - just pop3 enabled.
