Just because the sheer volume of authority in some lame individuals - I started this to help others in the same situation NOT to bash me and let me know I should have done more research or Hey I didnt fall for it >>> look at my convo...blah blah blah?

Officaly what you thought is a legal method and since you didn't do anything illegal there is nothing what is to worry about even if the method might consist illegal actions which is irrelevant because it has never been executed by you

Hahaha dude, that guy took everyone's money and didn't give shit to buyers. I my case, I didn't scam anyone as they all got the method to work on.

I was away from the forum for a few months over Christmas, seems like a right shit show to come back to.
I take it you’re kind of new to internet marketing?
Having a quick read through, it seems quite a few people, unfortunately, have fallen pray to this scam.
I feel your pain, I really do. Losing $1500 is a lot of money. However, what I will say is this.
Pretty much everyone on this board, myself included, has lost more than that on testing methods, seo, links etc for sites, games etc.
The thing about internet marketing is this, you win some and you lose some.
What you need to learn is due diligence. There are different levels to Blackhat seo. If someone is offering you something too good to be true, 9/10 it is.
There are still plenty of opportunities to make money online, don’t look for the easiest, chances are it isn’t what it seems.
From the sounds of things you aren’t going to speak to your bank. Truth be told, if it was me, I would’ve been onto them already.
Your bank works for you, not him.

From the looks of things he wanted a wire transfer so there can’t be a charge back.
Unfortunately, it seems, not much more can be done except chalk it off to a learning curve.
