Bank wire my bank to his...I have yet to call teh bank as I am giving him a a chance to simply return my money enough said....he seemed like a cool guy?

I feel your frustration .. some people just can't do business right sadly but i hope he respond to you if not just ask the bank to refund.

Tricky with bank - I am going to have to say ....scam business wise and proof is in my skype but ...it is re: a loophole? so not sure how to proceed - still I am giving him a chance to come clean ...

After I read elliot305's whole text, I understood he was a scammer. You made a very wrong decision, never pay upfront especially for someone who recently joined BHW, you could have made your investments in much better places. Learn from this OP...
Your only options are chargeback UNLESS you paid him using F&F, you just lost your whole funds. Call Paypal and explain your issue, perhaps they can help you then!
