Any publicly accessible 'do follow' blog list with instant approval will be spammed to the hilt. I've seen these types of blogs with thousands of outgoing spammy links, and in my experience will do your site more harm than good, particularly if the spam is for v1agra, gambling, etc. But if you still want that type of linkage, there are lists out there, just use the search function.


Someone would have to be pretty stupid to give away (or even sell) their virgin, instant approval d0follow blog list; not to mention that, d0follow, instant approval blogs are comparatively rare. Unless someone has their own agenda, nobody is going to share their lists with you. So, in short, it just aint that easy.


Imo, for best results, perhaps think about it less in terms of 'getting a list' and more in terms why these sites are d0follow

Sharing these lists doesn't do anyone any good. Like http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/members/59727-sunclusterz.html already mentioned, you are better off not linking from spammed blogs at all. It's a waste of time knowing your link will be one of a few hundreds coming from there,
