Hello guys, I finally found the solution. I can definitely say this is the BEST option for me.
Their VPS are cheap, high-spec and they ignore DMCA.

I have looked at both, of course. I have even actually used Flokinet. Abelohost is simply too expensive and has bandwidth limitations. Floki offers good value and performance, but I have had my server taken down without warning in the past for "high resource usage" so it just didn't seem like a good fit for me.

A lot of webhositngs out here who cliam to be DMCA ignored, like qloudhost as an example.
A lot of "we are protec you" self claiming quackery, but I not see that their company address is in Singapore or Malaysia- but that's the catch: a webhosting + domain registrar who have not his address and servers in Singapore, Malaysia, or Hong Kong - I not trust.
It's gimmick of marketing scam when a webhosting offers DMCA ignored Hosting, but not have his company address + servers stated in these countries I mentioned above, then forget that you have any DMCA ignore protection on your domain and website.
