Looking for developer, private message bot for an application. ( API included )

I am looking for a dev who has experience in creating multithreaded bots.

It is a chatting app and provides a full api to send messages etc... so there is not much to do from request side.

What this bot needs to do:

- Scrape user IDs from already joined chat rooms.
- Contact them one by one with delay limits, always same preset message.

It needs:
Proxy support.
Multi threaded.
(dontknowyet) Captcha support ( recaptcha )

Only write me if you have done bots before, i am not paying extra for you to learn how to add proxy management to a bot, you should already know how it works and have that piece of code ready.
