Looking for developer for YT BOT (NO SMM)

Hey guys! I’m looking to pay someone to develop a bot for YouTube Live Streams which will allow for 1k-20k live viewers simultaneously. This must also work on regular YouTube videos as well, not just live streams. Not interested in SMM. Need a dedicated application run from my PC. Here are the requirements;

1. Views. Must hold live viewers for however long the stream is. So for a 24 hour stream… it needs to hold the live viewers the ENTIRE 24 hours. It must also keep the views on the VOD after the stream is over. NO DROPS.

2. Likes. I am looking to add-on however many likes I choose. Usually around 1-2k. I believe this can be done through multi-login but idk.

3. Chat. I will pay you extra if you can make users type custom messages in chat & in the comments.

4. Subscribers. This bot must create accounts and be directed to subscribe. That’s it! If it does those three things I am happy to pay and continue working together in the future as my permanent developer
