Looking for developer for payment gateway cloak

I have 2 sites

Site A is non compliant with payment processor
Site B is compliant with payment processor & integrated


I want customers to checkout completely on site A with no redirection at all but at the same time utilize the integration on site B (compliant site) - so in the eyes of the processor all sales are being made on site B as intended & verified

Of course, no traces would be left in the requests of payment initiation.
