Looking for dev to create a simple and easy Admin panel / Client frontend dashboard

Hello i need someone who has experience in creating admin dashboards whcih are used by admin and user.

Admin side:
Display registred users, Reviews and other stuff going on like google analytics implementation etc

User side:
- Display data through our own api via table / statistic blocks.
- Let user write a review and display it on the user panel.
- Let user send data to our servers via form.
- Optional for later: let user purchase something within the panel.

We dont need a front page or anything, just a simple user registration and login then directly to the user/admin panel. the admin panel also include a help section, news feed where i post information from my admin panel side.
