Looking For Delveloper, Programmer, Desginer FOR COMPLETE WEBSITE PROJECT

I friend of mine came to me with an entire project he would like me to do for him, this project is a listing/advertising platform for niche communities.
He has left his previous guy which has the basic foundation setup and all. the site is based on wordpress and all the plugins are available. No serious hardcore work required but i still need someone with extensive knowledge and experience because the next step of the project is quite complicated.

I have all necessary files and instructions ready, please contact me if you think you are suitable and please by ready to provide samples. No outsourcing AT ALL i need someone who will do all the work themselves. This is because i dont have alot of time or budget ( my friend already lost alot of money with previous guy) and i dont need the headache of waiting on multiple people. I am fully capable of doing this myself but with college and a part time job i have no time left.
