Daily Updated Private Proxy? I doubt it will not be "PRIVATE" as the cost for that will not be come out and shared with many for sure.
Why not rent out PRIVATE proxies that is dedicated or shared with couple users?

If you're looking for fast proxies your best bet is to buy private or shared. If you need a good list of daily updated proxies talk to ProxyGo on this forum. His lists are pretty good and delivered via skype daily. Hide My Ass also has an email subscription service where they deliver a massive list of open proxies daily.

We actually have a service of over ~3700 USA IPs that are PRIVATE proxies you can buy called USA rotating proxies. What happens is every 10 minutes you will receive a new IP from our pool of IPs (added to weekly).
