I'm looking to hire customer care staff in the gaming industry. Please message me directly if you think you are fit for the job. I have 3 slots left.
Requirements
1) I need the staff members to be able to communicate in Thai language through typing.
2) I also need the customer service to be available 24hours/7 days a week (therefore rotating shifts)
3) I need the staff to know how to be able to use the line for business App.
Job description
1) Handle customer request for deposits and withdrawals of cryptocurrency
2) Communicate with HQ in english if there is any problems
3) Teach customers how to use the website
4) Teach customers how to buy/sell/send/receive cryptocurrency
