I am looking for a bot that can process a list of phone numbers and tell me which numbers belong to an active Telegram account. Telegram has been cracking down on this type of activity and it has gotten more difficult, but it should still be possible to do this with the correct programming and settings. I have a very large list of phone numbers (100,000,000+) which I need to filter, so I am looking for a bot that will work with many proxies and telegram accounts.

No. Telegram always blocks my accounts after checking about 100 numbers. Not sure how to get around it.
Yes I am aware it is very difficult with Telegram. Are you aware of someone who provides that type of service?
