I have a website i need ranked in a certain specific country, willing to pay big prices , payment in BTC only.
Basically i have a version 2 of a website i need ranked number 1, the previous website is old , does not even have ssl , i just want to be number one above older site for a specific country/visitors. nice is small , few keywords also.
