We'd like to submit contact form entries to thousands of unique websites. It will probably have to be manual work and we'd like to get screenshots of the form before/after entry (i.e. confirmation). If you can do it, PM me with your rates. Thanks.

We are able to do hundreds everyday, we charge 15 cents per each signup
 
We can certainly do this. I own a pretty good looking forum myself! xD
 
You can use scrapebox in learning mode to do this, or their is a free version of Paigham Bot floating around which does the same.
