Looking for custom BOT

I am looking for someone to make me a bot that increases the plays on a radio's website. I am giving an example of one of the bands links. This is not the band I want the views up on but it will be the same structure, same website, different artist. music(dot)cbc(dot)ca/#/bands/Woodpigeon I need it to be safe, (Don't want to get caught or banned) I'm not even sure if they check on hackers or anything as it's not a major station but it would be nice to have the views coming from different places from Canada and some USA. That's if they have a way of checking it. Budget can go upon detail and functionality. If you can give me information on how their backend works, i.e. whether the ips are stored, if same ip plays count (if they're tracking ips, I don't want the plays coming from 1 proxy) Thank you very much for your time.
