Looking for CR offers that are BH friendly

Title says it all; I am looking to push some CR offers that are BH friendly: I already have everything in place (Expiring links/My own Landing Page/Fake Referrel), Just looking for a network to drop the traffic into. Please PM, thanks.

I'm trying to do some research to make sure I know what CR offers are... A little help?

No such thing as a BH friendly credit report. Bottom line is, the advertiser can get in deep shit if you scam people into filling in CR via craigslist, which I assume is how you are going to promote.

With that said, there are a few networks that "accept" CL traffic, but don't come crying when they disappear without paying or you get a knock on your door.
