Looking for CPC Network with HTML (non java script) clickthrough URLS

So, I am looking for an CPC ad network that lets you select your campaigns on a per campaign basis. Most of the networks i belong to simply have a java script code that auto calculates the best ad to show. i would like ot be able to hand select the ads, and have a HTML refferal id along with a selection of banners as you typically woudl on an CPA campaign. And assistance would be really appreciated. Thanks!

you can use an iframe plugin within wordpress for ad optimization -- PM me if you need any advice -- there are so many different options you can roll with on this topic

Really? you could use Iframe to select which ads are displayed with a javascript code from an ad network? do tell

I am a bit confused but do you mean CPA offers on a CPC basis?


advertisers are usually strict about approving them...

To be as straight to the point as possible I am looking for CPC network that does not use a java script codes to distribute ads
