Looking for CPA networks with desktop software install offers

Hi,
Does anyone know which networks still run EXE software install offers these days?

From what I’ve found, most of the old PPI networks shut down, and the only one that still seems alive is cinstaller — but their support is completely silent, so I’m not even sure they’re operating anymore.

If you know any active networks that still provide desktop software install offers, please drop some names or contacts.

cinstaller seems to be dead, the manager isn't responding anywhere. Just like the rest of the networks, for that matter. Sad
