CPA Approvals service ??? Really ??
If you have good amount of legit traffic and want to get into network which are not allowing you ..you may have ask for help rather than naming it as a service !!
Few people will help you if wanna get into network with their referal link !!

Actually, people use to do this a year or 2 ago...people offered legit services the OP isn't asking for anything that left field

If you can't get approved to a cpa site then may be if you do a jv you could even get his account in trouble to doing something fishy its better you get into a cpa network with your own efforts rather then asking for favour all we can do is to provide you referral links.
