Looking for CPA accounts

Hi,

I'm looking for an account in each of the following CPA networks.

1) LuckyPacific
2) Panthera Network
3) Neverblue
4) EWA

I've applied for all 4 but I haven't received any replies or any calls at all from any of those networks. I've applied quite some time back abt 1 to 2 months ago.

I have really targeted traffic for certain offers and I wouldn't want to waste it.

If you can refer me or somehow get me an account in either of the networks, I will let you know a proven method I use.

Also no answer from neverblue :@ support pretty much sucks for them, contacted AM, but he sai to write to approval team i did that and nothing
 
you can't buy a CPA account
do a JV with someone if you need these accounts so badly

I don't really need the account badly. Just that I find it weird that they wouldn't want someone that can offer really targeted traffic.

Anyway, I'm open to a JV if anyone's interested. :)
