Looking for corporate theme

I'm attempting to build a marketing business site. Due to my laziness, lack of funds, and time constraints, I'd like to use WordPress to run and manage the site. While I understand that WP is mainly a blogging program, this site is strictly a business website - no blogs, etc.

I'm looking for themes to run this site on. Ideally, I would like this: http://ithemes.com/purchase/architect/ but if I'm going to pay, I might as well pay a little more and have someone design a real site for me. Any similar themes or even this one without the price tag, would be appreciated. Alternatively, any other professional or clean looking non-blog themes would be appreciated.

have taken a look at all the templates and themes in the download section? there are thousands..im sure you will find what youre looking for.

13future, I downloaded the 1-3000 Template Monster ones, however, none of them were really what I was looking for. I had a look at their site and I was going more for something like #23083, 23216, 23075, 22640, or 23314.

This corporate theme was posted by 'tdlovepc' not long ago. I liked it and it is easy to work with.

And you might want to look into joomla. Some very nice looking stuff for it.
