Hello I'am starting up a website very similar to http://www.viralnova.com and I need someone willing to post at least once a day (hopefully more) to my website with interesting stories.

I will provide you the websites for you to pick articles from then you need to rewrite and repost them on my website. Currently I can only offer you a 10% cut of my ad revenue (monthly). Being familiar with wordpress posting would be nice for you to know also.

I really do not want to shoot in the dark with my rates without knowing what is expected of me. That's not a good approach in doing business. Service providers like me should be more than interested in knowing the job description before asking the employer about the salary.
