Looking for content publishing websites

Hello friends,
I want to publish my contents (like articles) related with cloud and web hosting services on the web for link building. But I have no idea about, where to publish it. I have decided the criteria of websites on the basis of MOZ toolbar that is the DA (Domain Authority) should be above 70 and links which are Do Follow.

Example BeHance (DA 93) and Kiwibox (DA 81)
Please share such websites which you published your contents on.

Note : Do not suggest Article Directories.
